We have two cutting room tables, the first one is 6-m-long and equipped with semi-automatic fabric end cutter, the second one is 5-meter-long and equipped with a manual fabric end cutter. The partitioning of the clothes’ parts pattern drawings is made by 2 straight knife cutting machine and the cutting of the precise shape of the parts is made by our 3 band knife cutting machines.
The cutting room is equipped with a shelf system where we can store the parts that we need for our own production and a storage area for the textile commodity where we can prepare them for manufacturing.
All parts have a unique number which is printed on the clothes’ parts pattern drawing, the identification can be easily done according to the part list. We are packing the parts and we are storing them in boxes which are identified by a unique number until they are transported to our partners.
Our cutting room is equipped with a flat and a linear fusing press machine.
The workforce capacity of our cutting room is currently 7 people which can be extended up to 10 people.
